Hey, thanks for checkin back! I have recently updated everything... adding new pics and things

There are billions of things to know about me but not enough room to put it... like my
favorite singer ...Definatly ELVIS!!!! My favorite song is My Worst Fear by the Rascal Flatts... I used to hate country music
and then one day for some reason I had an urge to listen to it (2 am sometime in september of 04) My favorite food is spaghetti..
favorite sandwhich is a grilled cheese. Favorite color is blue and red.... favorit car is the chevy blazer and jeep grand
cherrokee (2003) I want to be a judge in pennsylvania... I like to watch Crossing Jordan, Third Watch, Judging Amy, Forensic
Files, Beyond belief: Fact or Fiction, Body of evidence, Sex Inspectors, Real Sex, and comedy, I love to make people laugh,
If i could be a cop it would be in New York City, I like to live dangerously, my favorite ciggarette brand is Marlboro Red

I wanted to be a Green Beret... nothing more nothing less....
I hated all other branches ... i absolutly despised the
U.S.M.C. As time went on I saw people I never thought
would make it and I knew I was better than them... so I
had to prove it I had to become a Marine

I'm the type of person who has extremly rich taste. I want the best things the biggest houses,
the nicest cars. I dont want them to impress people, I have no one to impress. I want them not only because I like them
but because when I get them I will prove everyone who said I couldnt do it wrong. I am very determined to become financially
set for life. I want to know that my kids can go to college, or my family will be ok if something happens to me.
I love to work, I have worked since I was 13 and I have held many good jobs. Money isnt always that main
factor I WANT TO WORK. I want to own a company that provides me with an income so large Neither me or my wife have to work....
but that wont stop me... I still would want to and will work not because i have to but because I want to!

I want many things out of life. I have many goals dreams ambitions and endeavors. I just cant
decide what I want more... I know it will be something having to do with Law.... hell i've been around it so much.... I love
every aspect of law an am completly saticfied with the judicial system.... (hmmm that sounds strang comming from a criminal!)

I was born February 29, 1988, at the Du Bois Regional
Medical Center East Hospital. I was born on leap year in 1988 (if you havent figured that out yet). My dad is Nicholas F.
Shaginaw Sr. a Du Bois City Police Officer (former Chief) and my Mother is Jami L. Shaginaw RN, a Registered Nurse employed
by the Clearfield Hospital.
I am the youngest child of 5. I have two older brothers and two older sisters.
Nick Jr. Becky Kris Dusti
and then goes me. None of them are whole siblings, they are all half. Both my mother and father were previously
married. My dad fathered Nicky and Becky, while my Mom mothered Kris and Dusti. They then got divorsed and met each other
had me got married and thats that.
I have traveled all over the country, from New York to flordia, from Pennsylvania to California.
I have resided in Du Bois,Reynoldsville,Coal Glen , Philladelphia,(Pa) San Marcos California and Fort Lauderdale Flordia.
In school I generally goofed off. My dad was President of the School Board and so every time
i got in trouble I was punished ten times harder. I would start a school year doing good and maintaining good grades, by the
second grading period I really didnt focus to much on my work, by the third grading period I did nothing and only went to
school to hang out and sleep, when the fourth grading period would come around I would snap back into it usually finishing
with an A average just to pass the year and make up for the slacking off. One day my probation officer and dad decided that
the only way to get me out of trouble and to pass school was to send me to a private school... and so they did. I did extremely
well there, not only passing High School with a 3.5 GPA, I took the asvab and recieved an 86% I also recieved a 19 on the
A.C.T. and I began furthering my education in classes similar to college prepatory.
I was the kid who was always in trouble. Then again my dad was Chief of Police and so once
again anything I ever did became a capital case.... I was put on 6 months of probation in July of 2002 because I couldnt stay
out of trouble I wasnt released from probation until March of 2005. I didnt get away with very much because someone was always
watching... I got into so much trouble because I was always trying to impress someone or by the end I just didnt care any
more. Finally I went to the private school which had a great impact on my life... I went there in December of 2003 graduated
High school on June 24, 2004 and finished my extra study and moved back home on August 9, 2004
